In normal times, we all join together to support the organizations that matter to us on Giving Tuesday. This year, in response to the coronavirus pandemic, there is a new global fundraising event is in the works. It’s called GivingTuesdayNow and it takes place this coming Tuesday. GivingTuesdayNow is the day to support the organizations that are keeping your community going through these challenging times.
Thanks to the support of our donors, PBS SoCal and KCET are working hard to keep our community going strong. Here’s what our past supporters have made possible in response to the coronavirus pandemic:
Development of an At-Home Learning program that students are accessing online and on television.
Delivery of thousands of backpacks full of educational materials to students in need.

Addition of even more history, science and arts shows that are available to everyone in the free PBS app.
